Walt Gagne is a 40 year veteran of the automotive industry. Walt started his career, as many of us have, in the high performance business…..drag racing! After owning his own engine building business he directed his sights on sales and became an outside sales representative for one of the largest warehouse distributors in the Northeast. In l975, along with Bill Henderson, co-founded ProRep Marketing and have grown the Agency into one of the most highly respected and successful rep agencies in the Northeast and Canada. Under Walt’s outstanding leadership the Agency has received numerous achievement awards and was awarded TWICE the prestigious “SEMA REP OF THE YEAR” award.

With a degree in marketing and incredible marketing savvy, Bill Henderson opened his first speed shop and took that single store and expanded it into a very successful chain of 30 stores. Bill was also instrumental in helping found the Performance Warehouse Association (PWA) along with co-founding ProRep Marketing.
